Switching a 91 merc 200 from tiller

Can someone give me a rough rundown of how hard it is and how expensive to switch a tiller controll 200 to a remote control (steering wheel) setup?

easy stuff, control box is $150, shift cables $79, complete EZ Steer rack steering system is on ebay for $150, then some labor to install it all. your tiller is worth a few bucks as well if you sell it.
