Sorry guys no pics yet, this came on kinda sudden. My buddy who is half owner with me needs the money. I dont really want to sell yet. I will get pics soon. The address is 13464 NW Kona, Seal Rock. It is a single wide mobile home 14 by 70 (I think). Built in the 70s. We paid 90k 3 years ago. It is furnished and ready to move in. Plenty of room to park 2 large boats.Not fancy but clean and sound. Pm me for my phone number. Thanks

looked it up on google maps 13464 NW Kona, Seal Rock great location and elevation by the look of it on the satellite picture.

It is on it's own lot. The lot is pie shaped, 120' by120' by 150.
