Reel Good Deal

Just purchased a new ABU Garcia 6500 C4 for $85 at GI Joe's and it comes with a $15 rebate. I feel like I got a good deal for $70 net. Just wanted to let folks know that Garcia's rebate program is going on and it applies to most C3 and C4 models. You also can get $20 back on the plastic Eon if that's your choice.

Too bad they don't make the new C5 in a left hand retrieve, it looks dang sexy in green.

I don't know about green but I saw a 6501-C4 in the anodized blue and just about drooled myself sensless at christmas time. That was in GIJoes. After many hints etc. the "little lady" still didn't see things my way and hence I will be with out the faster retrieve and the flashy blue this springer season.

Maybe I will order some gears and soup up my 6501-C3
