Marty Peterson: Guide Extraordinarie

A friend and I fished with Marty yesterday on the Nestucca. If you haven't had a chance to go with Marty do it ASAP. He is not only a pleasure to fish with but a true ambassador to the Nestucca. Thanks Marty for a great time! Oh, and thanks for putting us on the fish!!

No Pilgrim eat your heart out. :grin: Rags, whats going on? How long did it take Marty to teach you to use those jigs?
Marty can we use them when I go with you?

Looks like you had a nice trip and good company.
It pays to go with someone that knows all the different ways of enticing the fish to bite. You just gotta love the versitility some of our guides have.

Marty get's the Big "Thumbs-up" for Busting his Butt the other day while we were taping an episode of the Hot Tamale Show.

Although conditions were less than ideal (Low & Clear), Marty had us on the water till 4:45 PM, where we finally landed our last fish.

He is without a doubt, the Ambassadeur of the Nestucca and we should all Thank Him for the efforts he is putting forth on OUR behalf in the Broodstock Program.

You can expect to see the show in a few weeks.

I second your statements about Marty. I fished with Scott and Marty on Sunday and learned a lot of what he is doing to help establish a broodstock program.

It was a fun day and those wanting to fish with a good guy should consider him.
