Default Stocked Steelhead

What are the lakes that are stocked with the excess Steelhead? Does any one fish them and if so, how do you do? What do you use?

Quite a few of the coastal lakes get them. I know Sunset, Spring, Lytle and Coffenberry get them. ODFW should have them listed on their web site or phone recording.

Try trolling in one of the coastal lakes that are planted with re-run steelhead, check with the ODFW to find out the ones that have been planted. Bobber and bait or trolled plugs like Hot Shots, K10 Kwikfish, Wee Warts and Wiggle Warts will work for these fish.

I might be wrong but I don't think you have to tag those fish in the lakes either.
