Kokanee Class 2010 UPDATE

Both sessions of the Central Oregon Kokanee Class are full with a sizable waiting list, so I just added a 3rd session. The new schedule:

Friday evening April 16 6-10pm FULL
Saturday afternoon April 17 MOVED BACK to noon-5pm FULL
Saturday evening April 17 NEW SESSION 5-9pm

Location: Suttle Lake Lodge (discounted lodging, meals and moorage)

Sessions: 4 hours, 25 seats max.

Covered: How to catch kokanee, A to Z, bait fishing, jigging and trolling,

For: Beginner through Addict.

Lake Report: Link Creek Campground was open this week, not taking reservations or collecting fees. Likely to continue through the class, but check with the operator (HooDoo). West end and Link Creek Boat Ramps open. Water temp (surface) on the rise. I'll try to fish it the week of April 3-10 and post a fishing report, but conditions are looking good.

My husband and are planning on attending the Saturday afternoon class. We will be staying in the area, and then if the weather holds fish again on Sunday....let us know if you want to meet up before or after the class.

Looking forward to meeting you! Fun to put iFisher names together with faces. The room (overlooking the lake) will be open 1/2 hour so before and after class so everyone has more time to to look over the displays and meet folks.

I've had a couple of folks ask about open seats. Please post if you have room in your boat.
