Default Presidents Day fishing

Want to head out and continue my quest for a steelhead on Monday since I have the day off and my squaw has to work.

Based on current weather forecasts, where would be a good place to try?? Bear in mind that due to a lack of boatage, I am a bank fisherman.

Suggestions?!?!?!

Last I heard there was no significant rain forecasted in the near future. This would be a good time to grab yourself a bunch of First Cast jigs and go explore the upper Wilson.
