Default My first Large mouth bass or 2010

I had a good day of large mouth fishing. I was rusty early then started landing some nice bass. Landed a 4lbs 8oz and a 5.10oz pound bass. I lost a 3 pounder and one bass over 6 pounds. I love my floro line The 5lb 10oz bass had my line caught in a log but still landed her.
Location (not telling) sorry!
Roger

lure of choice was a white tube jig and a june bug 3 inch weightless senko. The bass were very shallow and on wood or grass lines.

That is a nice NW hawg !

I mean geez we dont see them as often as the warm water states.

Nice going !

I used to fish Lake Berryessa in N. California. There you see them daily. But here, that is a site.

I thought I had a great start for 2010 by catching a single Smallie.

You really know how to kick off the fishing season EBG!

I think it would be closer to Woodburn, maybe even a little north of there. I could be wrong!
