Glow in the dark and oil colored grubs, all sizes
Shrimp flies, pearl, pink and blue
No excuse halibut rigs
The big grub(s) (A 'Puffin' invention, Ling candy, looks like a tasty fish)
Circle hooks
Salmon mooching rigs
Divers
Flashers and dodgers
trolling weights
Rotary salmon killers
Tuna Feathers and double hooks

Hey Kurt, what's a fishtrap?

For all you aspiring Tuna fishers. ... Now is the time to hit Fishermans for the tuna feathers, they have 6" plastic and feather jigheads by Sevenstrand. These are unrigged and cost $7 each. The best colors for here in Oregon are Red/White and Purple Black.

Get some 200# clear mono line and 14/0 double hooks too. All of this stuff is impossible to get in the summer after 'Puffin' or myself have cleaned out the store. They just don't order it in.

If you can find them the 7" Zukers Tuna clone in Green/Chartreuse is awesome as well.

Two of my favorite halibut rigs that I use when I don't expect the fish two be very large are the medium (6 inches) twin tailed grubs. The ones with orange tops and glow bottoms or red tops and pearl bottoms work best. Also a few 8-12 ounce metal jigs or (imitation) pt. wilson darts round out my box. For salmon I'm surprised you haven't mentioned spoons or plugs. We have a small plastic garbage can with a lid (a bit larger than a 5 gallon bucket) full of these things. Some of it is old commercial gear and others is store bought stuff. On some days this kind of gear is the only way to go.
