Default brooders in oregon
I was wondering how these big fish taste? how is everybody cooking them or smoking them?

I have cooked several Haystack Brooders several ways and have always thought that they tasted very good. The ones that I have caught were in the lake at least 9 months before I caught them though, don't know if the fresh planted brooders would have a different taste.
