That's right!

Good'ol Johnny Boy Shmilenko landed an 18 Pounder on "The Point" at Sellwood today around Noon on a Herring...By Himself.

If anyone out there knows John, you KNOW he's excited and that's an under-statement! This guy LIVES for Spring Chinook, especially under the Sellwood Bridge where you will find him 99% of the time...every day of Springer Season. The other 1% he's working!

But....Unfortunately, with all of this rain, the Willamette may be out of shape again for some time.

Sellwood Bridge is in Portland, providing Tacoma Street a crossing over the Willamette River.
