Re: fry and chromer
If it was a real deal, you'd go through parr and smolt stages before becoming an adult. If you want to go on a growth spurt, you can greet all the new members. I hear that there were some 300 new members in the last month. Although not all of them make intros.

Seems I've been a fry for years. I'll have to remedy my situation.

Re: fry and chromer
Cully,
Don't beleave a word all those guys told you. The only way you can become a chromer is to send me a dozen fresh doughnuts. If you don't you will never become a chromer, you will be a squirt (fry) forever.

Re: fry and chromer
Cagey is absolutely correct. But what he omitted to tell you is that two dozen of fresh donut will make you a chromer after only ten posts. I couldn't wait to become a chromer, so I sent him three dozen and I became a chromer after a mere 5 meaningless posts.

Re: fry and chromer
well i made it.CHROMER. I would have to say that it was not bad being a fry and hope to find it just a nice being chromer. I hope to see an Ifish.net hat today at the show. I might just have to stop on the way there and see if i can't offer a few casts up on my favorite run on the North Santiam.

Re: fry and chromer
 Cully, thanks for the doughnuts. I told you it would work.
Waterdog, that doughnut looks a little old.
Omnivore, thanks man, the jelly ones were good.
Attention all you newbies. In the interest of saving time and space just send me the doughnets prior to logging on as a new member and you can start out as a chromer.

Re: fry and chromer
CAGEY,
I want to come clean with this, that it wasn't jelly in the donut. It was red-dyed steelhead roe. But I'm glad you liked it. Besides, I'm sure it's way more nutrious than jelly.
