Default Thanks to Lamiglas !

I broke my Lamiglas rod on a keeper sturgeon a couple of weeks ago. I sent the broken pieces back to Lamiglas last week, with a check for $10.00, they called me this morning and told me they are sending me a new pole out next week. Great customer service. Thanks John in the customer service department.

Maybe you should tone down the ol hook-set to avoid breaking your new rod? Good to hear that Lamiglass was on the ball replacing your rod.

FallRiverGuy,

I will try to be more carefull on my next hookset while fishing for those bad boys. How's fishing over the mountain?

Omni,

I have had this rod for 4 years. I think it is a lifetime warranty.

Do they replace it even if it's your fault (not defective)? If so, I guess it's a great deal!!!

Years ago I bought a Lamiglas 8'6"steelhead rod at the Midway Swap Meet in Seattle. The reelseat had come loose and the tip guide was broken. Stopped by Lamiglas in Woodland on a weekend Kalama sturgeon trip and took the rod in to see if they could help me. After ten minutes, new whole complete upper half and repaired reel seat.... no charge!!! Great company, products, service and especially people!

Yep, I've got my Sturgeon Special setting right here.
It's screaming "take me fishing - take me fishing"
Sorry little buddy, you'll just have to wait until the Steelhead fishing is all done.
Those other three Lamiglas rods have priority for now.

A while back I had to get my Sturgeon Rod replaced. It took 40 minutes to drive up there, and maybe 5 minutes at the front desk.
#1 Customer Service - Thank You
