Was out there today. Started near the island and marked alot of fish but didn't get any love. Moved up just below perry and found some biters. Bulls we targeted were deep. 85'+. Nothing big to the boat just 7 smaller bulls. Did have one that I had on and felt some big head shakes and then nothing. Reeled in the gear and it had broken my leader.

Also ran one rod for Kokes and had pretty steady action on a pink hootchie and sling blade down 30-40'. Used the shuttle hawk for the first time and was very impressed with its performance. Also ran one rod with the slide diver lite bite. . . . jury is still out. It will take some time to learn the ropes with that particular rig. Beautiful sunny day out there. Water pump broke on the trolling motor so it will be a week or so before we can get back out. Still looking for that monster bull.
Just an observation but several of the kokanee had the parasite worm things on the skin. I was under the impression that those developed in the warmer water but the temp was 46*. I was surprised to see them on the fish this early
