Default Looking for fishing/hunting buddy

The Army finally gave me an awesome assignment, moving me to Portland and working for the Army Corps of Engineers. I've been flyfishing for about a year and recently picked up a spey rod as well, although I'm not opposed to gear fishing. I also bowhunt and would love to take a stab at elk hunting when the season comes.

I'm looking for someone that might be able to show me some of the local waters and split some costs with. I'm in my late 20's and pretty laid back. Thanks for looking.

Welcome to Ifish! Its customary to introduce yourself with a fishing/hunting story. Not required, but a little something to help us get to know you better!

As for fishing, I wouldn't mind making a trip to a good trout stream in a couple months if you'd like to go along. I'm also taking up bow hunting and its always cool to get people together and shoot some arrows. Take it easy!
