Replacement windshield glass

Took a rock to the starboard side windshield on my seahawk coming home from fishing. Tempered glass went everywhere. Can anyone recommend a good place to have a piece of glass cut/installed? Also is there any benefit in putting tempered glass back in as opposed to ordering laminated safety glass? Thanks for any input.

I broke the center door hatch glass. Tempered glass every where. I took the door hatch off and took it to local glass guy and 45 minutes later I had a Laminated glass replacement installed for $80. Same color tint too.
