Default Need to use a welding machine In NE Portland

I am putting a new axle under my boat trailer and need to weld the saddle pieces in place. Does anyone have a mig welder I can use for 10 minutes?

Thanks to those who offered, I ended up using my neighbors little buzz box. It was pretty cool, an old Solar brand that runs on 110v, definitely fraggel rock but surprisingly hot!
