Default Impulse 2800 Plus Depth Finder?

My Uncle gave me one of these. Anyone familiar with this unit? I tried to find some info on it on the net and came up with nothing. Any help?

I had one and liked it well enough, except they aren't waterproof. After fighting it a few years, disassembling/drying it between outings, and a couple fried circuit boards I dumped it and bought a waterproof unit. No more problems.

I heard the company has been sold. Haven't seen that brand in any of the stores in quite a while.
