I moved my family to Idaho to follow work, and it's time to put our home on the market. This townhouse is located in Tigard about a mile off of Scholls Ferry Rd in a quiet gated community - lived there for 3 years, and really loved this place, but we can't hold on to it anymore. I would love to see an Ifisher move into it, and will make a donation to this great site if we can make that happen!

The details:

1400 sf
3 bedroom
2.1 baths
2 car garage with huge storage area
Balcony front (off the living) and back (off the kitchen dining area)
All appliances stay, including washer/dryer

We are asking $215K. It will be on the market for no more than 3 months before we'll have to try to put a renter into in.

Great looking house! Any chance you can put a few more picture up? Outside etc? Sister and Bro-in-law just moved out here from Memphis (both optometrists) attempting to buy a practice and will be needing a place to move tigard/portland.

Wow...GreatWhiteHunter....very nice! You have done some nice upgrades, did you own this townhome very long?
I can tell anyone interested this is a very nice area and priced very good. Lots of garage storage

We are now looking for renters for this townhouse...$1,200/mo.

Not sure if we'll run through a property management company or not, but total rental would not change.
