I DO!! My husband workds weekends and doesn't like to sit all day in a cold-A$$ boat.

He has nerve damage in his left arm and when it gets cold he looses the use of the hand so he can't hold or reel a fish. :depressed:

One year he lost a Quantum micro rod @ Craine Prairie. Last year he almost lost a Sturgeon rod.

We bought a boat seven years ago, and I think he has been in it, maybe a dozen times.

Too bad about your husbands hand.
I worked with a guy who lost his right hand in a grain auger.
He used an electric reel to fish. A buddy of mine was born with a deformed hand. Basically has no fingers. Nothing slows that guy down. He just uses his "palm" on the reel handle to reel. Instead of turning his wrist he moves his whole forearm around and around.

I really want a boat, but I'm afraid once I bought it I'd have a hard time making the time to use it.

I represent half of the under 18 age group on the board, so who represents the other half?

Default New Poll! Ifish Age Survey!

Darn, I can't remember who sent me this idea. I've been so swamped lately.
But SOMEONE... (Please write and remind me) wanted an age survey.
Here it is!!!!

So,Jen, now that you know I'm over 50, my wife loves fishing and I take my grandson too. What are you going to do with all of this wonderful info?

I didn't ask the questions!
Let's see.... I could advertise to a certain group..... or... I could go cook lunch! Yeah! I'll go make lunch!
nothing... I don't do anything with it. It's just interesting.
Someone wrote to me and wanted to do an age survey.
I am obviously very old, because I forgot who it was!
Jen

Measure Life by the moments, not the minutes.
"It ain't the years, it's the mileage." Indiana Jones
"I'm too old to grow up." Dennis Hopper
"Money won't change you but Time will take you on." James Brown
"It not the "good old days" were better; it's merely that we were younger then."
"Do you know what strikes me as I grow older?" Indignant women.
