Default Fireline or Power Pro

I am going to spool up some of my reels with Power Pro or Fireline. Have some of you guys used both lines? How did they compare? I heard that Fireline is more abrasion resistant but Power Pro is a little thinner.

Maybe I will try fireline on for backbouncing and Power Pro for pulling plugs?

power pro is limper so it will cast better, stronger, etc, etc, etc...I have fished with both and love power pro. so much better than fireline...and cheaper!

Hey Scott,
As Pro Staff with Power Pro I only have one answer  Just another vote for the best braided line in the business. Don't forget the tie master tool if you don't already have one! Go to: www.tie-master.com and order one or two. It absolutely makes the difference when using braided line.

No kickbacks on this one either ironhead!!

And just for fun...I like this guy!

Thanks,

Jim

I may be at the Portland Sportsmans show in either Bobs Sporting Goods booth or Fishermans Marine booth...not sure as of yet. I have a previous comittment for the weekend so it would just be Wed and Thur...maybe Friday.
