Default Swim ladder-back of sled w/outboard

Does anyone have any ideas, or know a good swim ladder setup for the back of a sled? I do not have any kind of platform, but could add a small one. I would like something that gets out of the way while I am fishing. Thanks

you can mount up a removable dive ladder. They can bolt or weld on the hanging bracket. store the ladder whereever you want.

Empire,
I have a swim ladder for my 21' with outboard. It is the completely portable kind. Has the hooks at the top...it isn't perfect but I don't want minimal stuff hanging off my boat.

I tried one of the removable ladders that just hangs on the transom. The thing slipped around too much, and the steps butted up to the transom leaving no room to put your toes or foot onto the step. I had this thought: Put a grab rail or two on the transom, then a foot plate (about 6"X8"?)on the bottom of the transom to make a step. Has anyone ever seen anything like that?

Try getting into a driftboat without a ladder. Now thats a gut wrencher. I took a board, and tied rope to it like making a swing. Tied the rope to the gunnel and what do you have, instant step.

Empire, thunderjet has been putting a swimstep on their boats just like the one that you described for some time now. They work great!

Than-q Salmonator! Does anyone have a picture of the Thunderjet swim ladder? Perhaps someone could draw a diagram, scan it, and send it to me?
