i saw a gun shop for sale in forest grove i think askin g 175 for it i believe it was handk gun shop but cant remember
saw it on craigs list

Start your own disaster mitigation company. Doesn't take much to get started. Profits margin are very good. I used to work for a DR company, billed out between 80-100K every month at about 70% profit margin.
Water mitigation is higher than fire mitigation. I would focus on dryout only, mostly revenue equipment rentals.

Five Guys is building a lot in the area from what I've heard. I did some plumbing work at one. I was amazed. The do burgers, not much else. The place opened, and it was packed with customers in ten minutes. What cash cow. If I were looking to buy a franchise, I'd get in early on that one, before it's the next Starbucks. In fact, I just talked myself into seeing if they sell stock.
