Default springer caught?
I just read the fishing forum on the oregonian web site and this guy said he caught a springer at meldrum bar on the 29th that weighed 24lbs.

I have been catching steelhead above meldrum, just above the bulkhead.the fish are right along the bank.prawn tails are the ticket.the boys that fish that water daily say they have seen a springer or two but I have not. good luck

As of 7pm tonight, FMS has not yet weighed in a spring salmon. Only unconfirmed reports so far.

I HARPOONED a springer in the creek out back ... and it weighed 42 pounds!



Actually it is time for the vanguard to arrive - - any confirmation from the Real World?
