I'm a Bend boy for many years, but have always had LBC on the back burner. Just used it to test the boat, or catch little bulls up the "D" arm. I would like to learn a little more. Downriggers are on the bucket list, but can I do any good before 3/1 just longlining, even with weights?
Troll at the dead line out in front of the dam. We have caught some nice bulls this time of year just flat lining large plugs. My favorite has been the sliver by Rapala.
