Default Eagle Creek

Fished the Clack yesterday, hooked one native buck. Hit eagle creek and cleaned house. Four on and two on the bank, one buck and one dandy hen. Today was awesome 12 on and two limits.

William, I though the rivers were high and muddy. Were you above the park or on private land. I haven't been on EC for years and need to catch a fish bad. The wife is outof towm and no one to fish with today. Tell me where to go,,,, oops, I don't mean there, but what I mean is should I run up there for a couple hours today . I just don't know where to go on EC anymore.
Was the Clack fishable today?

I looked @ the Clack this noontime, at High Rocks, and it looked pretty brown but on the way to be fishable maybe by tomorrow.
Would appreciate any feedback on Eagle Creek!!

I looked at the Clack and Eagle Creek yesterday, they both looked like a milk shake with extra fudge. I would sure like to know were William caught these fish, not the exact spot just high or low?

They both seemed fishable to me. Carver and below is not a great place to judge the entire river. Once above Barton the riveer looks alot different. High? Yes. Muddy? No. Green, but high and fast. Just have to find the "right" water.

Snapshot, you are sounding a little desperate bro. What gives? You are not even shovin the digs on the trash talk board! Man, it is time you get help and quick.

A trip to the Cowitz might help build the confidence a little. Wait until it drops though. Not good fishing there yet.

Just glad to see you are still alive.

Thanks C & E, I was in Seattle all week, came home last night and the wife is out of town visiting. Just wanted to fish while she was gone, I don't need permission if she isn't here if you know what I mean. No Honey do lists. When I came back and found all the flooding I was sorta bummed out. Just wanted to fish the Clack all weekend without being caught on Sunday. I don't fish on Sundays but once in a while I will take advantage of situations like this weekend. Darn rivers anyway.
I did run up to Eagle Ck for a couple hours and watched Catch 22 sneak out a colorful buck in really high water. HE LET ME TOUGH IT WHEN I WAS REMOVING THE HOOK. That made my weekend.
I was once told that if you cannot back up what you say, just don't say it. No trash talk from me on Chinook. I have no clue on how to catch them. Guess the crow feathers have not passed yet.
