Default How far up the Sandy

How far up the Sandy do the Steelhead get. Are they allowed as far up as the Salmon River?

All steelhead and salmon that get to Marmot Dam are trapped at that point. All wild fish are released above the Dam into a sanctuary area. No Salmon or steelhead angling is allowed above Marmot Dam. Hatchery fish are either recycled into Rosalyn Lake(Mature Fish) or back downstream via tank truck to Lewis & Clark State Park. Wild steelhead are present in tributaries throughout the basin.
