Another Bankie Springer!
After tagging my 1st "04" springer yesterday I awoke with the "ITCH" and made it to the same location, hitting the water at 6:45 this a.m.
again plunking a Lime/chartruese spin-glo with prawntail and sliding down the K-14 Fickle Pickle
At 7:30 a.m. I was blessed with another flurry of tugs and a screaming reel to produced a bright 18lb springer. no pics but this time a witness. Nice to meet you Jimmy!!!
Watched with envy as the boats went by..even spied 5 Cents's new ride with the bino's anchored in a Carrot honey hole
By 9a.m. I was joined by 6 rods fishing 10feet on either side of me :depressed: so I headed with springer in tow to kalama to finish the tide..saw one steelie lost at the bank :depressed:
decided to hit Bob's and bought the last K-14 Fickle Pickle..there were 12 or so K-15's left at 3pm..Ran into llabwolg (backwards glowball) as we were heading out(nice ride).

Re: Another Bankie Springer!
Congrats on the fish. I should of paired up with you today. I'd take you out sometime if you're interested. Probably not though with the luck you're having on the bank.

Way to go Two fish in two days, I would say you are on a roll.
I actually lost one later on today trolling the channel with a new bait I am experimenting with

Re: Another Bankie Springer!
Fshklr,
Where about were you at Woodland? A buddy, his boy and myself got there at about 8:00 Saturday morning. We were in a brown explorer and didn't see anything. There were quite a few guys around the point when I took the little guy for a walk.
