Anybody fish it today or know if or when the river will be fishable?

I fished a few hours below Carver to Riverside from my sled. Only had one take down on a plug and one smolt. Water is a little off color but fishable. I would fish it up above Barton.

About being fishable ????? rain fourcast for thur. fri. Yes you need a tag and license today was the last free day.
