Just found this picture while looking for something else. Came from an article about a flood. That's about all I know.

That's a picture of the Skokomish river here in WA. It floods every year in November when the chums are running. The local news channels always run video of a fish crossing highway 101 just north of Shelton.

To answer the question: "Why did the fish cross the road?"

To escape the horde of "Anglers" with the 5/0 hooks and wads of green yarn. :grin:
