My understanding is that he lives down by Coos Bay on the Umpqua.

I loved the show. I had to order some of those Devil lures they were tossing. My best guess would be Lemolo or Toketee. Not that many Brown trout lakes in Oregon. If I had only one guess it would be Toketee.

There are less than 3 dz lakes or resevoirs in Oregon with fishable populations of brown trout. Hundreds of lakes and resevoirs with rainbows or Brookies. So comparably speaking there arent many places in Oregon to fish for browns.

They were throwing Dare Devils...I think thats what they said. I'm not a huge Hawg Quest fan but it was a very good, informative show. The fish weren't really big but they said they probably caught close to 50. I just watched it today and I really enjoyed it. Gotta love those browns!!!

He did a similar show last year at the same lake, but just he and Taj, and lots of other short clips. I picked up some of those Tasmanian Devils at Sportsmans Warehouse Sports or what-ever they call themselves. Still not convinced you guys have the right lake yet though. I could swear it's a Washington lake.

That was Tokatee Lake up the North Umpqua. Below Lemolla and Diamond Lake. Yes, he is from Roseburg.

I have a couple of questions about the Tasmanian Devil lures:

1. Will they work on Rainbows (in a lake) as well?

2. What does Bi-Mart sell them for? Or, has anyone found a better deal on them at another store around the Portland area?

Thanks all!
