Default Where are you finding them?

Seems to me the Steelies are holding further out of the main current than I'm used to. I guess it's temperature. Anyone else finding the same thing? or is it my feeble memory failing me again?

Default Re: Where are you finding them?

Pete,
The fish I've caught recently have been like this:

Two weekends ago when the water was down but not nessecarily cold I found them to be right on the seam from fast to slower water.

Last weekend with the water high we found them off the seam in the slower water closer to the bank.

This weekend I found them to be on the faster side of the seam but not fully in the fastest part of the drift.

Pretty much normal I'ld say, I try to fish right on the seam to start with and adjust in or out until I find them.

JK
