Andrew and I
Tomorrow is the day that we get our CT scans on our aortas to make sure that everything is fine.
I think Roo (Andrew) will be fine on his. I sure hope so, because they fixed it so that what happened to me, won't happen to him.
But, still.... it does seem like we live on a six month lease like many with cancer do. We get our approval, live our term until the next approval! But, it's a good life we live and I'm so thankful!
However, I am a little worried... OK, more than a little, about the new abdominal aortic aneurysm they found in me, last time.
Has it grown? Will I have to have that awful surgery that they don't want to do on me? It's one where they do what's called an angel cut, where they cut around from back to front like angel wings. Yikes. Scary!
OK, not gonna think about that. I'm just going to go in and do the test and pray to God that it's fine, yet again. I want to see the Spring time and I don't want to be behind hospital walls when it happens!
I guess Thank God for what else is going on, and that God keeps me so busy, so that I don't think about this stuff much!
Jen

Re: Andrew and I
Thank you SO much for your prayers! I really appreciate it.
My aorta is unchanged. My new aneurysm in my abdominal area hasn't grown at all!
Yaya!
However, Andrew's aorta is leaking again. We need to watch it very carefully. He is bummed.
