Anyone been fishing Foster Lake???

Just curious if anyone on here has been fishing Foster. Went out in the boat on Sunday and landed some nice holdover fish. Fished the usual spots and didn't get anything so fished some new water. Had a very short time to fish, but did manage 4 fish ranging from 13-14 and really fat for this time of year. A couple other boats on the water (not sure how they did) If you were out there, or have been recently, lets hear how it went???

ON another note, Green Peter is once again accessible, didn't take the boat up, but saw that two larger boats had put in on the extended ramp. Good to know, have to hit that lake up soon!

I think my buddy and I are going to be fishing FOster on Thursday. We will be in a white/silver North River, if you see me, say hey! Hope we can catch some fish

I heard from some guys that didn't get a bite on Sunday...

My buddy and I took the boat out on Thursday. We braved the weather and had to work for our fish to say the least. Started out with good bites right away, after that had to jump around the lake to get the fish we caught. We ended up catching 11, threw 3 back that were a bit smaller. Of the 8 kept, all were over 13 inches, with one just short of 15. Nice fish and really fat for this time of year. All in all it was a good but raily day!

Which ramps are you able to launch @ Foster ??

This time of year, the only open ramp is Sunnyside. Its a longer back down and fairly narrow, but easily can launch a boat. I had my back tires touching water the other day launching a 19 footer. Water should be coming up a little bit though.
