Springer today 2/1

We just put a 16 pound hatchery springer in the boat. It is my earliest springer ever! We're still out here now so we'll see what happens.

Caught it on the CR trolling downriver, with cut-plug herring.

I have pictures but can't post them. I will get a picture with one of today's newspapers before we fillet her.

I am not in my boat. I am fishing with Larry/Hook'em Up Guide Service.

It aint real till we see the pic with todays paper in it. Sorry, I want to believe but need proof. Actually I do not want to believe as I ahve work to get done and people catching big beautiful oil filled red meated delicious SPRING CHINOOK will not make work very easy.
