Cozumel Fly Fishing Advice

So, my wife and I have scheduled a trip to Cozumel in mid-April. Looking forward to sun, diving, snorkling and hopefully wetting a fly...

I am hoping to get out a couple mornings to do a little flyfishing. Preliminary research shows that there are some flats opportunities on the north end of the island.

Am curious if anyone has done any flats fishing on Cozumel and has any recommendations? I know that areas on the Yucatan are more highly regarded for flats fishing than Cozumel, but I will not be willing to venture off Cozumel on this trip to go fishing (not if I want to fly home with my wife).

So, I am also curious to get any guide recommendations from anyone who has had a good experience (as I believe choosing a guide "blindly" is a 50-50 proposition).
