I caught one on 10-15-01 and he was tagged, I turned in the info to the Department of Fish and Game on their website and just got back the info. I found in interesting and thought mabey someone else would enjoy hearing it. The fish was tagged on 7-18-01 in Tounge Point and was caught by me in the Camas area almost 3 months after he was tagged. He traveled 105 river miles in about the same number of days. When tagged he was 37 inches long and when I released him he was 40 inches long. I know it seems like he grew alot fast, but he was really fat and we measured him a couple of times to make sure the length was right. They sent along some other sturgeon facts that I thought were very interesting, they grow alot faster than I had previously thought. And travel alot farther quicker than I thought, not that I am an expert or anything. If anyone else has any info like this I would enjoy hearing. By the way, I never got the info back from them on the silvers I caught with the wires in them at buoy 10
