Default columbia walleye fishing

Can anyone give me a web site I can use to get "reliable" information on what the winds are doing up the gorge. Nothing I hate more then to drive east for 2 hours hoping to go walleye fishing and have 4ft waves to deal with.

www.wunderground.com

Enter the name of the city your interested in and then look at the site. If you scroll down a little you will see a link to 'local weather stations'. Click on that and you will see a list of all 'local' sites with current weather and also what equipment they use. It is very handy to see what the wind direction is in any given point and the wind speed. You can also look at the differant sites and see what their elevation is. Believe me it makes a differance.

Tight lines.

Try to find sailboarding sites with a wind gage. I look at sailflow.com. There is a free member option with basic data. It takes a little while to figure it all out. Seems pretty accurate for the Columbia in our area.
