Christmas Scouting trip pays off with new fishing spot!

I drive up the Columbia River about every other week. and I am always looking for new spots to fish. I just located one that I can drive right up to on a gravel road and the back water has access to the Columbia River. So it could be very good around prespawn. The spot in only visible in the winter from the highway. I am planning on dropping my toon in this spring and give it a try. One more good looking up river spot I have found the last two years!

I will take photos of it and report back on how good the spot is this spring. the area looks to be about 5 or 10 acres in size then there is the area out side near the current. maybe a toon fish-in too! I'm sure some of you know about this spot already. Bass boats can drive into the spot!

I think I know the spot. Is the access for a small boat or pontoon in the north east corner? If so there's no fish in there, don't waste your time.
