How about some one-sided foam tape between the snaps.

have the same problem when i go faster in rough water...sometimes it gets better if you slow down just a little so that your bow is a little higher in the water.......john

ProGuide: I've fixed this on my boat and a couple others as I have a sewing shop. Take the top off and have a sewing shop remove the snaps and sew a 1" strip of the hook side of hook & loop (commonly called Velcro)across the inside of the top and then punch the holes out (don't just set snaps through the material) and reset the snaps. Then clean the matching surface on your boat window frame well with rubbing alcohol and apply pressure sensitive loop between the snaps existing there. Make sure to inspect it and figure out where to put everything and mark it before taking it off and to a sewing shop. If you have any questions, e-mail me. If you were going to take the top loose frequently, the loop will likely eventually begin to peel off, but it should stay on quite some time if you don't remove the top much. Mine has been on for 5 years and works great, but I leave my high top on and just open my side windows for ventilation.
