House with river frontage on the North Fork Lewis... Rent / Lease

I am just testing the waters here...

I have a small 800sf house / over sized 2 car garage. I built on a lot I own on the north fork lewis. It's a 3 acre lot and my plan was to build a larger home on the same lot and then this would serve as the guest house. Well shortly after building this I met my better half, she doesn't like the drive so we bought a place closer to work. So the house has just been sitting empty...

The house is about 2 minutes from the freeway and is one of the few places with a private beach. It's on prime fishing water, and there is an "unimproved" boat ramp about 1/2 mile down the road. I regularly leave my boat in the water in front of the house.

This isn't really a cabin, its a house. All the finishes are very high end (hard wood / slate floors, stainless appliances, custom cabinets, 13ft high ceilings). I have given some thought to renting it out either as a home or monthly if someone that was retired wanted to stay on the river for a month.

Any prospective renters would have to have impeccable rental history and references. Deposit would be required. Price would depend on terms (monthly to yearly). I can provide fully furnished too if someone was interested. Unfurnished with a yearly lease would be $1200/mo.
