The ramps won't be useable for awhile. They don't start filling the lake before Feb 1. Even then they fill it according to a schedule. By that logic some years it doesn't even come clost to filling at all.

No. Best bet right now is gonna be some ponds. All it will take is a couple warm sunny days and might have a chance.

You can keep an eye on the water level's here.You can call there and they can tell you at what level of water ft. ramp's are accessible.
