Default Jig question

I am starting to put together my own jigs and I think I stumbled on a great idea. I have this flashabou stuff that is in many pretied jigs I have bought over the years. My question is why not an all flashabou jig, maybe pink or silver or ect... Any of you ever tried this? Does it work? Should I patent this? Just a little though, what do you think?

I use it on Flash Jigs for Salmon. Works fantastic. Very supple so it gives lots of movement and flash. I will second GBS. There are few rules out there. Experiment and have fun. You never know what will end up working.
