Default Sage Performance Indicator Taper?

Anyone ever use this line? Supposedly was designed to match up to the z-axis switch rods for casting heavy indicator rigs. Thinking about getting it for a 7wt Batson Rainshadow switch. Any experiences? Grain recommendations?

5wt - 230gr
6wt - 260gr
7wt - 290gr
8wt - 320gr

IMHO it's the best nymphing line made. Will turn over an anchor effortlessly. I use it with my 10ft. 7wt. Native Run GLX.

I tried an old school wind cutter spey line on my single handed 9' 7wt, best nymphing line found so far and I do a LOT of nymphing.

I tried the indicator taper when it first came out and it was horrible. Quite possibly the worst line Id ever fished. I dont know if its any better now. Ive been fishing the Z axis Switch in 7wt for winter steelhead for about 3 seasons now and have tried a bunch of lines on it. The best I have found so far is the Rio steelhead/atlantic salmon in 10wt. Floats quite well and turns over indicators really well. It has a 66ft belly too which is the key that you can mend once you get it out there at a distance. That was the main problem with the indicator taper that the head or belly was so short you couldnt mend if you did get it out there. You cant move the head with thin running line if thats the section you are now in. I would think the 10wt Steelhead would work great on the rod you are talking about unless it is really a soft rod in which case I would put on the 9 wt steelhead line.
