Found Black lab (Redland area)

Co-worker came to work today said he had found a stray black lab in the Redland area. Not chipped or no collar.

I live in Redland, and will keep my ears open. What sex is the dog, and does it have an approximate guess on age?

Approx one year old male.
Vince took it to the vet to see if it was chipped.
No chip or collar. But well manered.
