Aren't most of the Early ones Willamette Fish? They wouldn't have any impact at Bonneville. There could be thousands and thousands heading up the lower rivers. Is Bonneville the best gauge?

Keep in mind the fish may be holding below the dam until the water hits a certain temp. I wouldn't put much stock in the counts/vs fish counts in the river until you see some major movement.
