That article was pretty shocking.

It really zapped my attention.

Short boy dogs and cats could have a problem with their joules.

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial, helvetica">Its too bad about the pets and the people getting hurt. But off topic

If you want to get the dogs who are ****ing on your plants you'll need to go to some other stores than home depot. First stop a junk yard for the high voltage transformer from an old TV or Computer monitor. Several large beer can capacitors, ring diode matrix to convert DC to AC and a tomato cage. When those caps let loose on the dog you'll hear the crack of lightening inside the house - followed by YIP YIP YIP YIP as the dog runs home, nuts a smokin

Cheap car alarm in the boat keeps cats and methheads away. Easy to install and works by remote control.
