Short boy dogs and cats could have a problem with their joules.

If you want to get the dogs who are ****ing on your plants you'll need to go to some other stores than home depot. First stop a junk yard for the high voltage transformer from an old TV or Computer monitor. Several large beer can capacitors, ring diode matrix to convert DC to AC and a tomato cage. Cheap car alarm in the boat keeps cats and methheads away. Easy to install and works by remote control.
