I got this recipe from a buddy of mine that made these last year and I just had to try it. Needless to say they were the big hit of the Christmas Eve feasting! Even my wife, who's not too keen on wings in general, loved them. Enjoy...

Main ingredients:
-5 pounds chicken wings
-Salt and pepper to taste
-3 tbsp Frank's hot sauce
-2 tbsp veg oil
-Toss this all together in a bowl for even coverage then let it marinate in the fridge for an hour or so before adding it to the bag of flour.
-Dump the wings in a garbage bag with wheat flour (regular flour or cornmeal works just fine too) and coat thoroughly.
-Prep two baking sheets lined with foil and sprayed down with Pam.
-Place the wings evenly on both cooking sheets, spray a little Pam over the wings, and then bake on 400 degrees for 30min. Then flip the wings over, spray on a little Pam again, and bake for another 30min.
-When they are done baking, pull them out and dump them in a bowl and coat with the glaze below. Half for one batch of wings, half the glaze for the other, etc.
For the glaze:
3-5 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp chili sauce (or 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes)
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
Final topping:
2-3 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Bring the glaze to a boil and set aside, so that it's ready to pour over the wings when they are done cooking. Top off with the roasted sesame seeds and your done. Once you have the glaze on, let the wings sit for about 5-10min to cool and then serve.
