Shasta Lake 12-22

Arizona Kid , Action Jackson and myself meet up at Bridge Bay Resort. The air tempertaure out side was 28 degrees at 8 am,
water tempertaure was at 51.2 degrees. After a few second discussion we set out for Kings. We started the hunt at Packers bay , with nothing showing on the fish finder. We headed off towards the Sacramento arm of the lake. Just as we rounded the corner one of the starboard rods was hit and the line started to scream. I told Dave it had to be a nice King as the fish sounded. Dave set the hook and had the rod off to Cameron. After a good 10min fight , he had landed a nice brown, I could not believe what had just happened, it did not make any since. The rod was sent back out with the same Streamer back on and another hit. We put 5 Rainbow and 1 Brown in the boat and all fish where released. Hunted all day and put some miles on looking for Kings, we only saw one King come out of the water all day.
