Man! I just bought some jumbo strawberries and Costco and made some freezer jam.

WOWZA! It's summer in my kitchen, right now!!!


Man, talk about bringing back memories! My Mom's jam, right here in my own kitchen! And it's so easy to make! :smile: :smile:

Nothing like strawberry freezer jam. My mother used to keep all of the kids supplied in jam. Since she passed away, Gini and I have assumed the duties. We make 6 cases of pints every year for the siblings. I love the stuff, but get really freaked out everytime I measure out all of the sugar. I get over it as soon as I have that first piece of toast or waffle with the fresh jam on it.
